Vinnie, Vincenzo, Andrew – just don’t call him Andy! Our head web-master, Vinnie’s experience across creative, design and web development is second to few. He made the tree change from Melbourne to Ballarat, joining the Pepper team in 2005, and has significantly influenced the growth of our web department, leading the team since 2015. Musically brilliant, you may well run into Vinnie at a local weekend gig, strumming away on his upright bass guitar. Above all, time spent with his two children is what Vinnie values most.
