O’Connors, Australia and New Zealand’s largest Case IH dealer network, has launched a bold new brand campaign, Power to Grow, in partnership with Pepper Advertising.
The campaign reinforces O’Connors’ position as a confident, progressive leader in broadacre farming and marks its recent connection with Titan Machinery, USA – the world’s largest Case IH dealer network.

Filmed in 2024, with post-production finalised in early 2025, the brand campaign draws on O’Connors’ deep heritage while looking toward the future. The opening scene features a 1976 International Harvester 4586 tractor, a nod to the company’s rich history and generational ties within the farming community.
Nicolas Dunn, Head of Video Production at Pepper, explains:
“We wanted to not only acknowledge O’Connors’ legacy but also highlight its deep roots within the community. O’Connors is the definition of a customer-first company—one that has grown alongside the farmers it serves. These machines don’t just work the land; they live through generations, carrying with them the stories, dedication, and progress of those who came before. They’re built to grow food, but they also nourish something deeper—connection, resilience, and a shared future. As agriculture advances, O’Connors remains committed to bringing their farming community with them”
O’Connors Managing Director, Aaron Cordy, highlights the campaign’s deeper message:
“Joining the Titan Machinery Group has brought significant benefits to our customers, particularly in parts availability, technical support, and product expertise. But at its core, our strength lies in our people. This brand campaign celebrates our proud history, our deep local knowledge, and the experience we bring to our customers every day.”
The Power to Grow brand campaign was launched across Linear TV, Streaming TV, YouTube, & Social Media, rolling out from Tuesday, March 4, 2025.
